It’s good to ask questions - FAQs
1. In the Child app, tap on the Shield icon on the top right side of the screen. This will open a ‘Request Access’ window.
2. Select ‘Request Access’- this will send an alert to the parent’s device, which contains a PinCode (also displayed on the child’s timeline on the Parent app).
3. Return to the ‘Request Access’ window, enter the PinCode and tap ‘OK’.
4. On this screen, deactivate ‘Time & Lock’ by toggling off, and then again reactivatie by toggling on. This will forward you to the App Usage Access setting screen.
5. On the App Usage Access setting screen, activate FamilyKeeper.
Now you can set and customize screen time limits e.g. Every day from 01:00 - 14:00 for Instagram, Facebook, and Google, excluding YouTube.
1. Go to the login screen
2. Enter your phone number
3. Click on the 'I forgot my password' button - you will receive a code by SMS to reset your password
4. Change the password after you log in and keep your new password in your records for future use

2. Select the Child account
3. Go to 'Manager'
4. Select 'Block app'
5. Choose 'Block all games' to limit or block games on your child's device
6. Choose 'Block all social networks' to limit or block social media on your child's device
7. Now you can customize the screen time limits
